AIO developed further: from pilot to full-fledged operational platform

From pilot feedback to a mature platform

The pilot delivered exactly what we hoped for: insight into how operational teams really work. We translated those insights into a tighter interface, faster workflows and a complete feature catalogue. Everything simply runs in the browser — on a large screen in the team room, on a laptop, tablet or phone in the field.

What has been added

• A complete feature catalogue — tasks, shifts, units, resources, control and reporting clearly grouped.
• Second screen with dashboards and Kanban for the team room, so that everyone sees the same up-to-date picture.
• Mobile feedback from the phone: units update tasks on the move and report their status.
• Tasks on the map alongside Kanban and the list view, for an overview by location and by status.
• Roles and permissions that suit operational work, with secure access per unit.

Ready for wider deployment

With this further development, AIO is ready to be deployed more widely — at services that want to bring planning, execution and feedback together in one central place. We will keep expanding AIO step by step based on practice, with an eye for security and ease of use.
