You sign in to Berth at paneel.innodigi.nl, with the username and password from your welcome email, followed by the second step you set up yourself.
What is Berth?
Berth is the control panel for your hosting, built by InnoDIGI itself: the place where you arrange everything around your website and email, without technical commands.
There you manage email addresses, files, databases, backups and security certificates, among other things. You can read exactly what hosting involves in what is web hosting.
Logging in step by step
- 1Find your welcome emailIt holds your username and your first password.
- 2In your browser, go to
https://paneel.innodigi.nlOne fixed address for all your domains; you do not need a port number. - 3Do you see a warning about the secure connection? Then check that you have copied the address exactly, including
https://. - 4Enter your username and password, and confirm
- 5Complete the second stepThat is the code from your authenticator app or your passkey, for instance with Touch ID or Windows Hello.
After logging in, you arrive at the dashboard. These are the sections you will need most often:
Domains
Per domain: the website, the certificate, the files and the email.
Backups
The archives from last night and the nights before.
Forgotten password
- 1On the login page, click the link to reset your password
- 2Enter the email address linked to your login
- 3Choose a new passwordYou get a reset link in your mailbox for that. It is valid for half an hour and works once.
Good to knowDoes that not work, for instance because the linked address no longer exists? Then we set your login up again. The same goes if you have lost both your second step and your recovery codes.
Lost the login address?
The panel is always at paneel.innodigi.nl. Cannot remember your username, or is the welcome email years old? Then we will send you the right details.
Feel free to ask for it via our contact page.
Please noteDo not use sign-in links from unknown emails. Type the panel address in the address bar yourself, or use the Sign in button at the top of this website.
Logging in safely
- A unique, long passwordOne you do not use anywhere else, and that you keep in a password manager.
- A passkey for preferenceA passkey works only on this panel, so phishing has no grip on it. A code from an app works too.
- No public or shared deviceDo not log in there.
- Do not share your loginIs someone working alongside you? Then they get their own login, with their own second step.
What do you do next?
One of the most common tasks after logging in is creating a mailbox. You can read those steps in creating an email address in Berth.
