We are proud to share that our new signature software AIO has now been running as a pilot at a government organisation for two months. AIO has been developed for teams that need to work quickly and securely with tasks and information in their daily operations.
In many organisations, information is scattered across different systems, mailboxes and separate documents. AIO brings this together in a clear environment in which tasks, priorities and feedback connect.
During the pilot, operational teams use AIO in a realistic working environment. We closely monitor performance, ease of use and process improvement. The first results show that tasks land in the right place faster and that teams experience more overview of ongoing work.
Based on the pilot feedback, we are developing AIO further step by step. Think of extra reports, refinement of roles and improvements in mobile workflows. That way AIO grows from a strong pilot solution into a platform that can be deployed for the long term.
