Amsterdam Travel Clinic travel advice per country, without a CMS
A new bilingual website for a travel vaccination centre in central Amsterdam, with travel advice per country on an interactive world map.
The clinic is part of the Makroon Medisch Centrum, which has several websites. They all ran on WordPress, until at some point they were hacked by malicious parties.

About this project
Amsterdam Travel Clinic is an official yellow fever vaccination centre in central Amsterdam, affiliated with Reisprik and the LCR. Travellers can go there for personal travel health advice and all travel vaccinations.
The clinic is part of the Makroon Medisch Centrum, which has several websites, including that of Huisartsenpraktijk de Makroon. All those sites ran on WordPress, and at some point they were hacked by malicious parties.
Wanted: a secure solution as part of an all-in package, with a new design without a CMS.
We redesigned and rebuilt the site as a website without a CMS. At its heart is an interactive world map: hover over a country or search for a destination, and see straight away which vaccinations are mandatory, recommended or worth considering, based on the LCR guidelines.
Around it are pages on travel diseases, preparation, rates and reimbursements, and a direct route to the online booking calendar. Hosting, maintenance and changes are handled by InnoDIGI.
