LiNie Consult is an insurance firm where you deal directly with your own permanent contact person. The website carries that personal tone through and makes it easy to get in touch or report a claim.
An insurance website has to inspire trust and actually work: anyone with a claim does not want to go searching.

About this project
LiNie Consult helps private individuals and entrepreneurs get a grip on risks. For a firm without an impersonal front desk, the website is the first conversation: who are you, what can you help with and how do I reach you?
Not a big office where you are just a number, but one permanent point of contact.
The site is built around the specialisms: beauticians, PMU insurance, laser treatments, disability cover and hospitality. Each specialism has its own page, so visitors land straight on their own situation.
The practical things come first too: reporting a claim, forms, the services guide and news. The accessibility toolbar lets visitors adjust colours, font size and line spacing, or use reading mode.
