Formuliermet.nl one platform for payments, reservations and bookings
Formuliermet.nl is our own platform that lets businesses, clubs and charities build their own forms: for payments, reservations, bookings, rentals, registrations and donations.
No technical knowledge needed, and built and hosted in the Netherlands.

About this project
Not every organisation needs a webshop. A hairdresser wants appointments in a calendar, a sports club wants registrations with payment and a charity wants donations through iDEAL. Formuliermet.nl brings all of that together in one form builder.
Customers switch on what they need and leave the rest off. Payments run through the customer’s own Mollie account, and invoices or payment requests can go through Moneybird.
One form and one dashboard, whatever you use them for.
The platform keeps growing: AI turns a menu or price list into an order form, and customers can use their forms from their own AI assistant, within the permissions they grant themselves.
