About this project
An external confidential adviser is an independent sounding board for unwanted behaviour, integrity issues and other situations in the workplace. That calls for a website that does not shout, yet is concrete.
The site separates the two audiences: for the organisation (what a confidential adviser can do, which subscriptions are available) and for employees (where you can turn and what you can expect).
Anyone looking for help has to see within a few seconds how to get in touch.
Separate pages explain what unwanted behaviour and integrity involve and how an accused person is supported. Through a blog the confidential adviser shares knowledge, and because the site runs on Joomla, the adviser can update the texts themselves.
