Webarchivaris
website archiving for compliance
A website for our own web archiving service — aimed at organisations that have to deal with the Dutch Archives Act and with compliance requirements. Business-like visual identity, strong search visibility.
Not only the site, but also the archiving platform behind it was developed by us. A service we have been delivering for several years now to government bodies, financial institutions and healthcare organisations.
- ComplianceFor organisations with a legal duty to archive.
- Strong search visibilitySector-specific SEO.
- Our own platformBoth the site and the archiving service by us.
About this project
Webarchivaris is our own web archiving service. More and more organisations are obliged to preserve what they publish on their websites — think of government bodies under the Dutch Archives Act, but also of financial institutions and healthcare organisations that have to record their publications for compliance reasons.
The Webarchivaris website is a business-like, easily found entry point for that audience. Visitors quickly see what the service involves, which organisations it suits and how it works — no gimmicks, in a calm and professional style.
Behind the scenes, the archiving service itself runs on a platform that we also developed in house. That allows us to align the content of the site and the technology behind it seamlessly.
What we deliver
- Business-like visual identity Suits the compliance audience.
- Sector-specific SEO Found on archiving and Archives Act search terms.
- Our own archiving platform Both the site and the service built by us.
- Clear explanation Suitable for procurement and compliance roles.
Note: the text above describes the project as it stood at the moment the website was delivered. In the years since, a lot may have changed on a site; some of the projects shown here are also no longer managed by InnoDIGI. For the current picture, the live website is always leading.
